We are proud to present the results of the 2017 VEGAN CHOCOLATE AWARDS Competition.The International Chocolate Salon Awards for the 2017 VEGAN CHOCOLATE AWARDS are based on the combined total number of votes received by each entrant from the Judging Panel.The Judging Panel consists of National and Regional Magazines, Newspaper and Blog Editors, plus Topic Experts, Local Chefs and Food Gurus. The award winners below have the honor of being able to display and use the Official Award Winner title and award logos, as well as use items (such as the Award Winner lapel pin), as well as use Custom Award Certificates, and logo award merchandise. TasteTV and the International Chocolate Salon are pleased to announce that based on chocolatier requests, as well as trends in the artisan chocolate world, two new award competition categories* have been added for 2017. These new categories are for chocolates and confections in the following: BEST SPICY CHOCOLATE * (flavored by hot or picant spices or ingredients) BEST VEGAN CHOCOLATE * (including no animal products or by products) In addition, Registration is now open for the annual award competitions in these categories: BEST CARAMEL AWARDS SALON CHOCOLATE BAR AWARDS BRIDAL CHOCOLATE AWARD TOP TOFFEE AWARDS BEST WHITE CHOCOLATE AWARDS Juried "Best of Salon" Awards Competitions for the top artisan, gourmet and premium chocolates & confections in the listed categories.
