TasteTV and the International Chocolate Salon are pleased to announce that Southern California’s Ciel Chocolatier has won a medal in the 2013 “Artisan Chocolate Awards for Best Caramels.”

Ciel’s competition submissions included the following caramels: Kahlua-kaka, Passion, Fleur d’Elise, Yankee Turtle, Orange Rose, and Elderflower & Fig

Founded by artisan Elizabeth Chung, Ciel Chocolatier makes assorted caramels handcrafted artistically with various ingredients from flowers to fruits, spices and teas. Ciel Chocolatier was also named in 2012 and 2013 one of the Best Chocolatiers and Confectioners of America by the International Chocolate Salon, and was a winner of multiple Gold Awards in the 2011 Los Angeles Luxury Chocolate Salon event.
